Windcaps Home
This is the website of Mark W Venn and is concerned principally with early music in various manifestations. Current sections of the site deal with:
Handmade renaissance woodwind instruments and associated products and services,
Cotswold Early Music Festival (formerly the Cirencester Early Music Festival),
The "Mozart"  music software for developing high quality music scores,
"The Waites of Gloucester", a renaissance consort, that also performs as "Her Majestie's Pleasure"
Topics can be selected from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
Mark Venn is a regular exhibitor of renaissance instruments and the Mozart software at the annual Greenwich International Festival and Exhibition of Early Music in the Old Naval College, Greenwich. The next Festival will be held over the weekend of November 13 - 15, 2009. Mark will be exhibiting on the Saturday and Sunday of the Festival (14th and 15th November) in the Queen Mary Ante Room. Once again, Mark will be demonstrating Mozart Music software. Version 10 or Mozart has just been released, and this will be on sale at the Festival. Mozart 10 includes many new features and improvements.
